SPT is working on the recovery of three rundown buildings in the French capital, aimed at their conversion into four star hotels.

 

The company provided two professional categories for these interventions, a team of bricklayers and another of plasterers.

 

The works have an expected duration of two years, during which these rundown buildings will be transformed into quality tourist hotels.

 

These projects are located in some of the most trendy neighbourhoods of Paris. One of these buildings under reconstruction, is located near the world’s most famous cemetery, the renowned Père-Lachaise, where world famous artists and celebrities are buried. It is a stopping off point for many tourists that visit this city.
