SPT strives for the legality of all the operations it is involved in and assumes complete legal responsibility for its activity, ensuring that all the criteria are respected as required by the official European bodies and the bodies of each country where it carries out its activity.

It holds license no.119 from 1993 and complies with all the legal obligations which allow it to act in the Temporary Work sector throughout the European Union.

SPT is a member of the Portuguese Association of Private Employment Sector Companies – APESPE (http://www.apespe.pt/), in turn,  a member of EUROCIETT – the European Confederation of Private Employment Companies (http://www.euro-ciett.org) and of CIETT – the International Confederation of Private Employment Companies (http://www.ciett.org).
